Mr. Harsh Yadav
Shri Harsh Yadav was born in District Aligarh (U.P.). He passed LL.B. and LL.M. from Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad. He belongs to the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Batch-2011 and joined the Uttarakhand Judicial Services on 08.10.2012 as Ist Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Roorkee, District Haridwar. Thereafter, he was transferred to District Chamoli as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.). He further served as Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Chamoli and Incharge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chamoli. He was promoted to the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) cadre in the year 2018 and posted in District Udham Singh Nagar as Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Khatima. Subsequently, he was posted as Joint Secretary, Law-cum-Joint L.R., Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun. Thereafter, he served as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Dehradun and Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Nainital.
He was appointed as Officer on Special Duty/Deputy Secretary, Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority, Nainital vide notification dated 16.04.2026 and assumed charge of the same on 20th April, 2026.
