ShriAbhishek Kumar Srivastava born on 20thAugust, 1983 at DistrictKushinagar (U.P.).Did schooling and higher education from Padrauna, Allahabad (U.P.).Passed LL.B. from D.A.V. Law College, Kanpur (U.P.) and LL.M. from Uttarakhand Open University.He belongs to the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Batch-2011 and joined the Uttarakhand Judicial Services on 08.10.2012as Civil Judge (J.D.), Gangolihat, District Pithoragarhafter that he transferred to Rishikesh, District Dehradun as Judicial Magistrate. Further, he served as Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Uttarkashi. He promoted to the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) cadre in the year 2018 and posted in District Almora as Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) and thenposted as 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun and thereafter Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Uttarakhand.
Appointed as Officer on Special Duty/Deputy Secretary, Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority, Nainitalvide notification dated 27.08.2025 and assumed charge of the same on 28th August, 2025.
